Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG) and Credit Europe Bank N.V. (CEB) have signed an agreement to enhance access to financing for Singapore companies venturing overseas. This is the first partnership between EnterpriseSG and a foreign-based financial institution.

Credit Europe Bank N.V. (CEB NV) no longer has any presence/holds any investment in the Russian Federation. Following the sale of 90% of its shareholding in Credit Europe Bank Russia Ltd in September 2018, it completed the transfer of the remaining 10% on 27 March 2023. In addition, CEB NV participated indirectly for 50% in two entities that were based in Russia, namely Ikano Bank LLC (which entity was sold in February 2023) and Ikano Finance LLC (which entity was liquidated in December 2023). Currently, neither CEB NV nor its 100% shareholder Credit Europe Group N.V. holds any direct or indirect participation in the Russian Federation.
Credit Europe Bank N.V. (the “Offeror”) announces today the final result of its invitation made to the holders of its outstanding USD 150,000,000 7.25 per cent Subordinated Notes due 2027 (ISIN: XS1706923148) (the “Notes”) to tender any and all of their Notes for purchase by the Offeror for cash (such invitation, the “Offer”).
The Offer was announced on 13 May 2024, and was made on the terms and subject to the conditions contained in the tender offer memorandum dated 13 May 2024 (the “Tender Offer Memorandum”) prepared by the Offeror. The Expiration Deadline for the Offer was 5.00 p.m. (CET) on 20 May 2024. The Offeror hereby announces the result of the Offer. Capitalised terms used in this announcement but not defined have the meanings given to them in the Tender Offer Memorandum.

Credit Europe Bank N.V. (the "Company" or "CEB") announces its intention to exercise its right to make an early redemption of its outstanding subordinated fixed rate bonds of US$ 150,000,000 maturing on 9 November 2027 (ISIN: XS1706923148) (the "Outstanding Bonds"), in accordance with condition 5(a) (Redemption at Maturity Date or Optional Call Date) of the terms and conditions of the Outstanding Bonds. The ongoing public tender will be followed by the intended redemption on 9 November 2024 (the "Redemption Date") and the redemption amount for each Outstanding Bond shall be the applicable call option amount (being 100.00 per cent. of the nominal amount of the Outstanding Bonds), plus any accrued but unpaid interest. The formal notice will be given to noteholders in line with the terms and conditions of the Outstanding Bonds.
